The following rules apply to the Dance Fees
Fees must be:
• Paid in full & on time as per the specified dates below
• Paid when a pupil is absent
• Brought up to date as soon as the pupil returns to dancing
• Paid when a pupil goes on holiday outwith the “Dance School” Holidays

Class Time
I would like to take this opportunity to remind all parents that class time is for teaching only - should you have any questions please do not hesitate to leave a message on our answer service or email.
From January 2010 I will no longer be available to take phone calls. Should you need to contact me please do so via the website, email or text. Please also do this if you/your child is going to be absent from class. You will also find most questions you have will be answered in the regular letters you receive.
Class Uniform
It is compulsory for all pupils to wear their uniform to every class.
Absence
As a rule I would appreciate it if pupils or parents could call me or leave a message on my voicemail to let me know they will not be attending class.
ATTENDANCE & FEES POLICY
WHEN A PUPIL IS ABSENT THE CLASS MUST STILL BE PAID FOR. CLASS FEES MUST BE BROUGHT UP TO DATE AS SOON AS THE PUPILS RETURNS TO CLASS. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE ENTERED INTO AS THIS WOULD BE UNFAIR ON OTHER STUDENTS UNFORTUNATELY.

DANCE FEES RULES

2. Paid when a pupil is absent
3. Brought up to date as soon as the pupil returns to dancing
4. Paid when a pupil goes on holiday outwith the “ Dance School ” holidays. * Please note holidays with the school ie. Kilbowie, family holidays etc. are not an exception to this rule
THE ONLY EXCEPTION BEING SUMMER 28TH JUNE – 19TH JULY - where the dance school is remains open for the first three weeks of their school summer holidays.
5. Pupils with an injury will pay half fees and must observe class
6. 4 weeks notice will be required when leaving DanceFuzion/dropping a class
7. *NEW RULE* PUPILS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND IF THERE FEES REMAIN OUTSTANDING ON THE 4TH WEEK AND ON RETURN TO DANCING MUST PAY OUTSTANDING MONTH PLUS THE NEW MONTHS FEES.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are not to be used in class. I would prefer it if they are not brought into class at all but if you have to please ensure they are switched off before you enter the class.
